AN INSPECTION OF THE HOUSE BY THE STATE COMMISSION WAS CARRIED OUT

The object is unsuitable for use for its intended purpose, has completely lost its economic value, there is damage to the supporting and enclosing structures, the extent and nature of which demonstrates the danger of the object's accidental collapse (ruined objects). It is recommended to carry out urgent works regarding the dismantling (liquidation) of the object.

Based on the results of the examination and the detected defects and damaged structures, it is possible to conclude:
- the technical condition of a five-story residential building at the address: Kyiv region, Buchanskyi district, Kalinivka village, Kyivska street, building 45, in accordance with the method of inspection of buildings and structures damaged as a result of emergency situations, hostilities and terrorist acts approved by the Order of the Minister of Community Development and the territory of Ukraine dated April 28, 2022, No. 65, Appendix 3 (Classification signs of the object's damage category) - the building belongs to the III category of damage.

DISMANTLING THE HOUSE

As of November 2022, a five-story building in the village of Kalynivka, Makariv district, Kyiv region, is in a critical state, due to damage to the load-bearing structures and constant ingress of moisture, the building will not survive the winter period, and needs urgent dismantling. Our charitable foundation has ordered cost documentation for dismantling works and is starting the search for a contractor. At this time, according to the estimate, the cost of the works is UAH 3,744,576.
